Motorcycle Sports
Soon after the invention of the motorcycle the first races were held. The first official motor race was held in 1896 from Paris to Nantes. Motorcycle sports have always had great interest and following of audiences around the world. The international governing body, the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, was founded in 1904. The major championship has its own governing bodies: Moto GP.
